Hello, all of you!
March has come, but it is still cold today.
Tomorrow a real spring will come in Japan according to the weather forecast.
Last Saturday I joined Ban-chan-kai, Suginami, Tokyo.
Ban-chan-kai is a party event with music which is held twice a year.
Ban-chan is a young and excellent pianist.
People who love music get together to surround Ban-chan and his father.
Ban-chan, Ban-chan Father and all the attendees performced their music and enjoy talking, eating and drinking.
Many of them are classical piano players, but any other kinds of music lover (like me?) are welcome.
This time also, many execellent and enjoyable solo playings, collaboration playings and ad lib playings were performed.
I enjoyed much!
That was the third time for me to join.
That was a quite wonderful time with them.
For myself....I performed If I Fell (on multiple play), The Long and Windin Road (on piano) and Lay Madonna (on piano).
All the performances were of both singing and playing.
If I Fell is a very nice song especcialy of the fantastic harmony by John and Paul.
For me multiple play of If I Fell is one of my life works.
This time I brought a CD with me to the event in which all the trucks except Paul's vocal part and the guitar part were recorded.
So, I performed Paul's vocal and the guitar playing the CD.
Following recording was not the live one.
But the part except Paul's vocal and the guitar is common.
Everytime I get a small achievement in recording, bit by bit.
But the goal is very far.
Anyway, I would be happy if you could enjoy it.
